This is a mix of stretching, yoga warm ups and then a 4 minute HIIT / Dynamic session with a cool down at the end. Its very approachable and will put you in the best mood!
This is Daniel’s “Broken” Routine. One of the warm up B’s is held for longer periods of time. This class has a fun warm up series, with step ups and kick outs, warriors. Be prepared to work hard, but also have some fun.
