This is a 45 minute level 1 slow paced class. It is still strong, but more inclusive to newer students are those students who like a slow pace.
This is very upbeat class that incorporates one of the best playlist with a super fun flow.
Shawna Yin: This class is all stretching, no vinyasas. Expect to hold poses anywhere from 2-3 mins,great class for frist thing in the morning or right before bed to help you sleep.
