This is a fusion class of Yoga and KickBoxing Aerobics. A very fun blend that will leave you feeling energized! This class is set to upbeat music and at times choreographed. Be patient as it takes a few times to learn the moves.
Shawna Yin: This class is all stretching, no vinyasas. Expect to hold poses anywhere from 2-3 mins,great class for frist thing in the morning or right before bed to help you sleep.
