This is a fusion class of Yoga and KickBoxing Aerobics. A very fun blend that will leave you feeling energized! This class is set to upbeat music and at times choreographed. Be patient as it takes a few times to learn the moves.
This is Daniel’s “Broken” Routine. One of the warm up B’s is held for longer periods of time. This class has a fun warm up series, with step ups and kick outs, warriors. Be prepared to work hard, but also have some fun.
