This is a level 1 slow flow with Daniel. It is geared towards newer students or students who enjoy of slower pace yet still challenging.

This is Daniel’s “Broken” Routine. One of the warm up B’s is held for longer periods of time. This class has a fun warm up series, with step ups and kick outs, warriors. Be prepared to work hard, but also have some fun.
