This is a level 1 slow flow with Daniel. It is geared towards newer students or students who enjoy of slower pace yet still challenging.
This is very upbeat class that incorporates one of the best playlist with a super fun flow.
Shawna Yin: This class is all stretching, no vinyasas. Expect to hold poses anywhere from 2-3 mins,great class for frist thing in the morning or right before bed to help you sleep.
