This is a 30 minute yin class that was designed to do right before your vinyasa class or first thing in the morning.

This is Daniel’s “Broken” Routine. One of the warm up B’s is held for longer periods of time. This class has a fun warm up series, with step ups and kick outs, warriors. Be prepared to work hard, but also have some fun.
